46% Pakistanis who have heard or read about “Sindh Festival” view the advertisements favorably; 16% hold an unfavorable opinion. GILANI POLL/GALLUP PAKISTAN

According to a Gilani Research Foundation Survey carried out by Gallup Pakistan, 46% Pakistanis who have heard or read about “Sindh Festival” view the advertisements favorably; 16% hold an unfavorable opinion.  

A nationally representative sample of adult men and women, from across the four provinces was asked “What is your opinion about the “Sindh Festival” advertisements?” Responding to this, 16% said very good, 30% said good and 38% replied adequate. 11% said bad and 5% said very bad.

The study was released by Gilani Foundation and carried out by Gallup Pakistan, the Pakistani affiliate of Gallup International. The recent survey was carried out among a sample of 928 men and women in rural and urban areas of all four provinces of the country, during Feb 03, 2014 – Feb 10, 2014. Error margin is estimated to be approximately ± 2-3 per cent at 95% confidence level.
